Remote Monitoring and Management of Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (REMOTE CIPN)
ObjectiveDetermine the efficacy of symptom care at home with NP follow-up (SCH-NP) vs. usual care (UC) to reduce CIPN symptoms over a 12 week period after the completion of chemotherapy. Determine the efficacy of SCH-NP vs. UC to reduce the impact of CIPN on CIPN specific quality of life and disability. Determine the impact of SCH-NP on use of opioids and other CIPN treatments.
