The experience with the Dr was beyond Very Good, the listening, putting ones stress at ease, the compassion and understanding with including you in the treatment plan is excellent. The Dr talks to you "not" at you is how well you are treated and listened to.

I have an odd and rather uncommon issue, and not only was I taken seriously by Dr. Shah, he spoke with a colleague and developed a plan of action that would resolve the problem. My previous provider did NOT send the medical records and I wasn't able to access them through my patient portal, but even without this information Dr. Shah was able to formulate a loose plan of attack that really secured my confidence in him.
