Douglas Arthur, M.D., radiation oncologist at Massey and professor and chair at VCU, was awarded third place in the Radiation Oncology category. Elizabeth Phan, D.O., former palliative care specialist at Massey and assistant professor at VCU, was awarded third place in the Palliative Medicine category. This is the second consecutive year that both Massey and Arthur have received this award.
