Next walk: August 20, 2022
Our monthly group walking event is back in person! Meet us at 8:30 am for a brief talk by a VCU Health provider and then we will get walking. Please wear a mask and only attend if you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Weather permitting. Cancellations will be posted on this page by Friday afternoon before the events. All fitness levels are welcome. Brought to you by Massey's Integrative Health Program and VCU Women’s Health Center at Stony Point.
